EJI is a fine jewellery manufacturer, designer and wholesaler in Hong Kong, China.
Warranty:
– All items sold by Elegance Jewellery International Limited (EJI) are solely under warranty by the manufacturer/distributor.
– All items needing repair should be sent to the manufacturer/distributor directly for service.
– EJI is not liable if the manufacturer/distributor fails to perform the/any warranty service.
– THERE IS NO IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ON ANY ITEM SOLD BY ND .
– EJI will not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damages resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise purchase from us. (EJI will not be responsible for any misuse or negligence by the customer.)
Shipping Policy:
– Shipping cost will be calculated upon order confirmation.
– Some counties may have extra shipping cost, our shipping department will contact you for the extra payment if required.
– For all delivery services, EJI will not be responsible for any tax, customs fee or any other extra charges that may occur during the shipping period.
– Customers are responsible for all excess charges of all these payments.
Return / Exchange:
We offer a 7-day exchange policy only if the item sold is found to be defective by the manufacturers. The defected item will be exchanged for the same model, only if the return guidelines are followed: The item must be returned in new condition and with all the original manufacturers packaging, including cartons, boxes, instruction manuals and blank warranty cards and customer sales invoice. All returns must be boxed and packed securely for shipping. Replacement items will be exchanged within 7 days from the day the customer received the original item. If the return period has expired, please contact the manufacturer to resolve any problems with your equipment. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable.
No returns / Exchanges on:
– All consumable items (e.g., batteries, cleaning tools, etc)
– Special Order merchandise
– Underwater equipment once submerged
Rules & Policies:
For all delivery services, EJI will not be responsible for any tax, customs fee or any other extra charges. Shipping cost and charges will not be refunded and will be charged if the recipient rejects accepting the delivery.
