Look at these bags – over 500 cigarette butts collected in just a few hours during our Butt Litter Clean-Up Day 2025 along the Tsim Sha Tsui – Hung Hom Promenade on 15 March 2025. This year, for the third consecutive year, we proudly joined this meaningful initiative organized by The Lok Sin Tong Benevolent Society, Kowloon.
A better Hong Kong doesn’t happen by chance – it happens because we take action today for a better tomorrow. As a responsible jewellery manufacturer rooted in Hong Kong, we believe that participating in this event is more than cleaning up litter. It’s about an inspiring movement and fostering responsibility for our city’s cleanliness and sustainability.
Last Saturday, our team of dedicated volunteers, many of whom brought along their children, walked along this scenic waterfront trail, showcasing the breathtaking views of Victoria Harbour. But beyond the stunning skyline, we focused on something much smaller yet highly impactful: cigarette butts scattered along the walkways, trapped in corners, and hidden in the cracks of dock stairs.
Armed with gloves, tongs, and a deep commitment to making a difference, we diligently removed every piece of cigarette butt we could find. Each one collected was a step towards a cleaner, healthier and more beautiful Hong Kong.
For our children, this clean-up was more than just an activity – it was a lesson in responsibility. They saw firsthand how even small actions can make a big impact. Most importantly, they felt empowered – knowing that no matter how small their hands may be, they have the power to contribute a positive change.
Together, with little hands and big hearts, we are shaping a better, more sustainable future for the city we call home.
As we continued our work, something truly heartwarming happened – passersby stopped to thank us. Their words of encouragement and appreciation were overwhelming, reminding us of that small efforts – when multiplied, can create a powerful movement.
